CHEESY ADOBO FLAKES SANDWICH
You can make your adobo more exciting by making it into a Cheesy Adobo Flakes Sandwich, using the easy-to-use Eden Creamy Slices!

- For the Adobo Flakes: Using your left over adobo, remove the skin and bones. Then using a fork, pull the meat apart until it becomes flakes.
- Fry the adobo Flakes in hot oil until crispy. Drain oil and set aside.
- To Assemble the Buns: Prepare the burger buns by cutting in half and toast the cut sides on a hot pan until slightly browned.
- Spread a spoonful of Eden Mayo on the base of each bun. Place around 2 pieces of lettuce and top with Eden Creamy Slices.
- Add a spoonful (or more) of the adobo flakes and top with tomato slices, then place the top bun. Serve and enjoy.
