CHEESY BAKED MACARONI

- Prepare the meat sauce: Melt half part of butter in a pot and sauté ground pork until browned. Add onions, garlic, dried oregano and bell peppers. Cook until soft. Stir in tomato sauce and soy sauce, simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk to form a roux/paste. Slowly stir in milk to loosen the sauce and prevent lumps. Add in 4 pieces of Eden premium cheddar slices and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off heat and set aside.
- Assemble & Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Combine the cooked macaroni with the meat sauce. Place and spread half of the mixed macaroni on the baking dish. Pour over and spread, half of the cheese sauce into the macaroni mixture. Repeat the process to add another layer of the macaroni and the cheese sauce.
- Bake for 20–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top. Take out the baked macaroni and top with the 6 remaining slices of the Eden Premium Cheese Slices. Bake for 2 more minutes until the cheese has melted. Remove from oven and let cool for about 10-15 minutes for the baked macaroni to set. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve.
