CHEESY OMURICE

What you need

  • OMELLETTE
  • FRIED RICE

Putting it together

Screen On Mode
  • In a non-stick pan, add oil then add the ground beef.
  • Saute the beef for 3 minutes.
  • Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper and the mushrooms and saute for 2 minutes. 
  • Add the rice, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Mix well and fry for 3 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Set aside. 
  • For the omelette: In a non-stick pan, heat oil and butter. 
  • Add the eggs and gently stir and cook the eggs until the bottom layer are set. 
  • Add the Eden Cheese and stir gently. 
  • The eggs should be soft inside then gently fold. 
  • Serve on top of the fried rice. Add more grated Eden Cheese if desired
