Try out this cheesy version of your usual pasayan using the creamy & milky goodness of Eden Cheese to make it extra delicious

- Using a steamer, cook your shrimp until just about to turn orange. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic in oil and butter. Once brown (but not toasted) add in the lemon and lime soda, oyster sauce and brown sugar. Simmer and stir until well combined.
- Mix in the slurry and the grated Eden Cheese and stir until sauce thickens. Add in the shrimp and simmer together for 5 more minutes to fully cook the shrimp. Turn off the heat and serve.
- Top with more grated Eden Cheese and serve with hot steaming rice.
