Putting it together
Screen On Mode
- Carefully separate the bangus meat from its skin using a plastic spatula. Once separated, marinate the bangus skin in soy sauce and calamansi then set aside.
- In a pot, boil the bangus meat until cooked. Debone the bangus meat and set aside.
- In a hot pan, sauté the onion and garlic in hot oil. Add the fish meat, carrot, bell pepper, green peas, raisins, pickle relish, tomato paste, and soy sauce. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Once the fish has cooled, mix the fish with flour, egg, pepper, and cubed Eden Cheese. Stuff the mixture back inside the marinated fish skin and place the fish on an oiled baking sheet and bake the fish at 200C and cook for 15 minutes on each side. When baking, flip the fish only when the skin has started to crisp.
