Screen On Mode
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except the scallops and parsley, until well combined.
- Using a teaspoon, scoop mixture and spread on top of the scallops. Spread out until the scallop meat is covered. Repeat process until all the scallops are covered.
- Place the scallops in a baking pan and bake at 180ºF for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and lightly browned/toasted. Best enjoyed hot.
