CHEESY SHRIMP SARSA

- Using a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients, except the grated Eden Cheese and blend until it forms a thick paste.
- Once all the ingredients have combined and incorporated together, scoop the mixture onto a banana leaf. Form the mixture into logs then wrap and seal all openings.
- To cook the sarsa, arrange them carefully and neatly in a deep, flat skillet. Pour the coconut milk over the sarsa, making sure that the wrapped logs are submerged in the coconut milk. Boil in low heat for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, serve the sarsa in the banana leaf it was cooked in. Top with grated Eden Cheese for that added creamy, linamnam.
