- In a soup pot, combine water and malagakit rice. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes. While simmering, stir the mixture slowly to prevent rice grains from sticking together.
- Once the rice grains are cooked, mix in the ube jam, ube flavoring and white sugar, until all ingredients are well combined. Add in the grated Eden Cheese to balance out the sweetness of the ube champorado. Turn of the heat and serve.
- Enjoy your ube champorado with an indulgent twist, top with milk and more grated Eden Cheese.
