- Coat the tofu cubes evenly with cornstarch and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the tofu until crispy. Drain excess oil and set aside.
- Sauté onion, long green chili, and red bell pepper until soft and fragrant. Add the crispy tofu, liquid seasoning and Eden Mayo. Stir-fry for a minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on a sizzling plate.
