Screen On Mode
- Heat oven to 205°C.
- Crush 12 cookies finely; mix with 1 Tbsp. butter. Press onto bottom of 9-inch deep-dish pie plate; stand remaining cookies around edge.
- Whisk eggs, milk and remaining butter in medium bowl until blended. Add sugars and flour; mix well. Stir in nuts; pour into prepared pie plate. Cover cookies around edge of pie with strips of foil to prevent them from overbrowning.
- Bake 40 min. or until center of pie is set, reducing oven temperature to 175°C.
