TERMS OF USE

  1. ORGANISER & ELIGIBILITY
    1. The Toblerone Parents' Day Singapore Campaign [“Campaign”] is organized by Mondelēz Singapore Sales Sdn Bhd [“the Organizer”] and is open to all legal residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above as of the start of the Campaign Date, 1 May 2025.
    2. The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign:
      1. Employees of the Organizer [including its affiliated and related companies] and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses]; and/or
      2. Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or contest service providers of the Organizer [including its affiliated and related companies], and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses].
  2. DURATION
    1. The Contest period will be from 1 May 2025 at “00:00” to 30 June 2025 at “23:59” [“Campaign Period”]. The Organizer shall reserve the right to revise the Campaign Period at any time without prior notice or assign any reason whatsoever. All submissions received after the Campaign Period will be null and void without further notice.
  3. SUBMISSION & QUALIFYING CRITERIA
    1. To participate in the Campaign, participants need to purchase any participating Toblerone products with total worth of $10.00 in a single receipt from any retail stores in Singapore throughout the Campaign Period. Purchases through delivery services agencies are strictly NOT allowed.
    2. The proof of purchase [“POP”] required to enter the Campaign is one [1] original printed receipt with any Toblerone products with total worth of $10.00 during the Campaign Period. Each receipt entitles for 1 entry. Receipts cannot be combined. The Campaign is valid in all the participating stores nationwide in Singapore.
    3. The submission of entries must be done via a dedicated microsite at https://www.twistandmake.com/. Participants are required to submit their first name, last name, last four alphanumeric characters of NRIC, email address, mobile contact number, date of birth and gender details through the microsite.

      • Each participant is entitled/eligible to submit more than one [1] entry throughout the Campaign Period, but each entry must be accompanied with a unique receipt. Subsequent entries with duplicate receipts will be forfeited. Participants will be identified by their first name, last name and Proof of Purchase picture submitted via microsite.
      • Participants must retain the original receipts submitted throughout the Campaign Period for verification and redemption of prizes. Failure to present the original receipt shall result in forfeiture of the prizes.
      • Proof of submission of an entry is not proof of receipt. The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay, lost, damaged and/or non-receipt of submissions, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.

  5. WINNER SELECTION
    1. Eligible entries must comply with the Submission & Qualifying Criteria mentioned above.
    2. To select the winner, all qualifying entries collected and processed by the agency will be allocated a set of serial numbers starting from serial number “1”. The serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Entry will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Qualified Entries received during the Contest Period (“Total Qualified Entries”). As an illustration, if the Total Qualified Entries is 6,666, the Organiser will compute and select based on the following:

      Grand Prize:

      Selection of Grand Prize winner: 6,666 ÷ 5 = 1,333. Participants with Qualified Entries bearing that serial number or multiple of it will be selected as the Grand Prize winner: 1,333, 2,666 and 3,999*. (*computation example: 1,333, 1,333+1,333=2,666, 2,666+1,333=3,999 and so on).

      Fair Price and Cold Storage Exclusive Weekly First Prize:

      Selection of Weekly First Prize winner: 6,666 ÷ 2 = 3,333. Participants with Qualified Entries bearing that serial number or a multiple of it will be selected as the first Prize winner: 3,333 and 6,666*. (*computation example: 3,333, 3,333+3,333=6,666).

      Nationwide Weekly First Prize:

      Selection of Nationwide Weekly First Prize winner: 6,666 ÷ 5.5 = 1,212. Participants with Qualified Entries bearing that serial number or a multiple of it will be selected as the winner: = 1,212, 2,424, and 3,636* (*computation example: 1,212, 1212+1212=2,424, 2,424+1,212=3,636 and so on).

      Nationwide Weekly Consolation Prize:

      Selection of third prize winner: 6,666 ÷ 50 = 133. Participants with Qualified Entries bearing that serial number or a multiple of it will be selected as the winner: 133, 266, and 399 (*computation example: 133, 133+133=266, 266+133=399 and so on).
    3. Shortlisted participants will be contacted via mobile phone by the authorised Campaign agency for verification with original receipt and last 4 alphanumeric character of NRIC. Should the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail, such as getting no reply, telephone number not in service and / or no connection, etc, another two (2) attempts will be made within the next 24 hours of the first telephone call. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Organizer reserves the right to select the next qualified participant. The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event the eligible winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
    4. Participants may send as many entries as possible but can only win one prize throughout the Campaign Period.
    5. All prizes must be claimed within one [1] month from the date of announcement of winners done via WhatsApp Messaging (“WM”). All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited.
    6. The Organizer shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute the prizes with another of similar value, at any time without prior notice. The prizes are non-transferable, and all prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash or its equivalent.
    7. Prizes Redemption/Delivery Prize will be E-delivered to the winner. Hence, the winner is required to share correct and finalized details which cannot be changed after submission
  6. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
    1. Participants and their heirs shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents [including death] resulting from their participation in the Contest, redemption and/or utilization of the prize and agree to irrevocably and unconditionally release and hold the Organizer free and harmless of any liability for any reason whatsoever.
  7. 7.0 ORGANISER RIGHTS
    1. By participating in the Contest, the participants give consent and absolute right to the Organizer to use their names, photographs and their prizes as materials for the purposes of advertising, marketing, trade and/or publicity, without any prior notice. The participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership and/or other forms of compensation for the use of the materials by the Organizer.
    2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend and/or cancel the Campaign at any time without the need to provide any notice or assign any reason whatsoever.
    3. The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest submission process or the operation of the Contest and the Organizer reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Campaign
    4. The Organizer shall assume no responsibility or liability for the acts or defaults of each other, merchants or third parties, any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in any prize given out in the course of the Campaign. The Organizers make no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of any Prize, whether as to the satisfactory quality or performance or otherwise whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organizers are not an agent of each other and /or any merchant. Any dispute should be resolved directly with the relevant merchant.
    5. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with the Campaign, in particular relating to the Campaign Prizes, are the property of their respective owners. The Campaign and Organiser are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by the relevant owners, where such owners are independent and not part of either Organizers’ group of companies.
  8. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
    1. Each participant’s participation in the Campaign is conditional upon the participant consenting to the Organizer and its affiliated companies and business units using the participant’s personal data for the following purposes:
      • to notify the participant if he/she has won any prize;
      • to conduct, manage, and administer the Campaign including verifying the identity of participants for participation or prize collection;
      • for consumer research and analysis, promotional, publicity, advertising and marketing purposes; and
      • for the Organizer and its affiliates to obtain feedback on its products and services.
      The Organizer and its affiliated companies and business units may share a participant's personal data between themselves for administrative purposes, and with third parties supporting their administrative and business functions. In some cases, this may involve the storage, use, disclosure or other processing, or transfer of participant/s personal data out of Singapore. The Organizer and its affiliated companies and business units may also share a participant/s personal data with third parties to carry out cross- promotion. By participating in this Campaign, the participant consents to the use of his or her personal data for the purposes listed above.
  9. TERMS & CONDITIONS
    1. By entering this Campaign, the participants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the Campaign and the decisions of the Organizers shall be final and binding. No appeal shall be entertained for any reason whatsoever.
    2. The Campaign Terms & Conditions and the Contest mechanics may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of the Campaign. The Campaign and its Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and be subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of the Singapore courts.
